NO NO NO. A house is listed below asking price. A deal? Maybe, But what if there is no seller’s disclosure. BEWARE. There is a reason. You may want to think a general inspection will uncover structural, environmental issues but not so true. A general inspection does not cover a tank inspection, electrical or water and other environmental issues. What seems to be a deal if you do not hire inspectors for every issue when there is no disclosure may really cost you when you already purchased the property. And, also beware of a realtor who does not point this out.
